The new media manger

Media files such as images or videos can significantly enhance the appearance of a shop and positively impact SEO rankings, so being able to easily manage media files is essential. Our brand new media manager handles all media data for you. Item images, banners, videos and so on can be stored in albums and are available from any point within the system. Moreover, the familiar drag & drop function makes working with Shopware an intuitive and hassle-free experience.

The new plugin manager

Thanks to the extensive range of plugins available, Shopware takes pride in its flexibility and ease of customization. In order to upgrade the functionality of Shopware, there have been major improvements to the Plugin Manager in the backend. Via direct linking to the Community Store (the virtual market place for extensions) additional useful features can be added to the shop with a simple click. Information management has also been upgraded. Information is now available on all current and previously purchased plugins, as well as license information and reviews from other Shopware clients.
